Linksys' WRT54GC provides connectivity
for wired Ethernet devices

DELHI -- Linksys, a division of Cisco Systems and leading
global manufacturer of broadband, wireless, and networking
hardware for SOHO and small business environments, recently
launched Compact wireless-G Broadband router (WRT54GC),
that provides home and mobile users with the flexibility,
to provide seamless wireless access and connectivity
for wired Ethernet devices in a small compact design.
The Compact Wireless-G Router is three-devices-in-one
-- Wireless access point that enables users to connect
via Wireless-G (802.11g) or Wireless-B (802.11b); a
built in four-port full-duplex 10/100 switches to connect
wired Ethernet devices to the network; and a router
that allows users secure sharing of networks with high-speed
cable or DSL Internet connection. Users can benefit
from the Compact Wireless-G Broadband Router as it shares
a single Internet connection and other resources with
wired and wireless-802.11b and 802.11g devices, its
compact size fits anywhere, supports VPN pass through,
and supports an SMA connector for adding an external
antenna for users who want to increase range.
