BMG starts operations in India
NEW DELHI -- Breakthrough Management Group (USA) has
recently launched its Indian operations - BMG India.
BMG India will offer Six Sigma training through a variety
of mediums like open enrolment classes, on-site training
and Web-based e-learning through BMG university and
consulting support.
David
Silverstein, co-founder, CEO and President, BMG, USA,
said: "BMG India through its consultancy and training
to corporates will enable successful Six Sigma deployment,
which will create and sustain a competitive advantage
for them in the Indian and global marketplace. In India
too, organisations are awakening to this realisation
that there is tremendous opportunity for breakthrough
performance, if a structured and rigorous methodology
is applied."
For
successful deployment of the Six Sigma program, many
top Indian corporate brands like Tata Engineering, Crompton
Greaves and ICICI Bank have initiated action to implement
Six Sigma in their organisations. Speaking on the launch,
Naresh Raisinghani, founding director and CEO, BMG India,
said: "We are extremely enthused by the response
we have received from various organisations. We are
confident that the corporates will find significant
value and difference in our program. Investments in
Six Sigma rollouts have a great financial payoff. Most
companies that have successfully deployed Six Sigma
have recovered their investments several times over."
Formerly
with Infosys, Raisinghani further said that BMG India
has also become the first company in India to provide
through the Internet, its extensive Six Sigma experience
and a suite of complimentary products and services that
will greatly enhance the success of any Six Sigma deployment.
Apart from the Internet, BMG India will also rely on
the conventional modes of in-house session and public
seminars. The first series of public programs include
the Champion training in February, the four-week Black
Belt commencing in March and the 12 days Green Belt
commencing in June this year.
In
India, BMG has partnered with Qualteam Consultants and
Quality Growth Services, who have hands on experience
in implementing diversified quality initiatives with
leading companies for nearly a decade. Together, they
are bringing a comprehensive solution to Indian business
embarking on their journey to Six Sigma.
