Training Partners to deliver networked storage training
HONG KONG -- Training Partners (TP) has recently signed
a training service agreement with EMC Corp. to provide
technical courses in automated networked storage across
Asia Pacific for the latter's customers and partners.
TP will initially fulfil EMC customer training requirements
in China, Korea and India.
Tina
Huang, general manager, Training Partners, said: "TP
has always strived to become the premium IT professional
training organisation in Asia Pacific by investing
in new technical course delivery capacity in China,
Japan, Korea and, most recently, India. It is therefore
gratifying that EMC, who is the worldwide leader in
automated networked storage, recognises the quality
of service that TP can provide through its strong
technical infrastructure, enterprise solution focus
and multilingual training capabilities."
Operating
in over 20 cities in Asia Pacific countries, Training
Partners delivers courses in seven languages with
a staff of over 100 training professionals. The agreement
with Training Partners is to build on a three-year
global contract signed between EMC and Datacraft Asia's
parent company, Dimension Data, under which they are
appointed as an EMC authorised service network (ASN)
partner.
Steve
Fitz, president, EMC Asia Pacific, added: "Widespread
availability of high-quality, local-language training
is critical as more companies choose to adopt automated
networked storage solutions in Asia Pacific. The agreement
with Training Partners brings together Asia's leading
networked storage and training organisations with
the shared goal of delivering high-quality EMC training
programs to meet customer demand in fast-growing markets.
We chose Training Partners because it meets our stringent
training standards and has the ability to deliver
courses in major Asian languages with outstanding
resources, coverage and capacity across the region."
