ACL launches "India6767"
NEW
DELHI -- ACL Wireless, the leading provider of real-time
wireless messaging services to mobile subscribers in
partnership with telecom operators, recently launched
India6767, a neutral connectivity platform to address
growing enterprise and content provider requirements.
The company aims to extend select services and real-time
interactivity to mobile-enabled customers across India
over its own unique mobile identity 6767XXXX. With this
platform, clients can launch mobile-enabled services
over their chosen 6767 identity.
The
India6767 platform provides enterprise and content provider
clients pan-India presence over the mobile domain at
the signing of dotted lines with ACL Wireless. Further,
using the ACL wMS service modules such as broadcast
and alerts, automated query and response, and mobile
contact center, clients can formulate, schedule and
send permission-based SMS broadcasts to user-defined
target groups, configure and activate polls and contest
on SMS, and render automated customer service via the
automated reply agent and improve customer satisfaction
index.
Atanu
Mandal, president, ACL, said: "We are pleased to
launch India6767 platform, which is connected across
all major mobile operators in India including Airtel,
Hutch, Idea, MTNL, BPL and Spice. This platform, along
with the ACL wMS service modules, provide an end-to-end
