ZTE establishes global customer support center
CHINA
-- ZTE has established its global customer support center
in Shenzhen to provide customers with round-the-clock
technical support. It consists of one processing center,
one supervising center and several local-supporting
centers worldwide.
So
far, ZTE has set up over 100 sales and maintenance offices
worldwide. The online customer support system includes
customer problem management system equipment, management
system, customer information system, training and authentication
system, spare part management system and case study
system. It introduced the six-sigma program in 2002
into its aftersale service and provided engineers with
customer-oriented training programs. Its Q3 2002 customer
satisfaction survey shows a 4 percent increase as compared
to the results of Q4 the previous year.
