Singl.eView 5.01 improves revenue assurance
UNITED STATES -- With the latest upgrade of its Singl.eView
software, ADC now offers an always-on, continuously
available transaction management platform designed to
improve revenue assurance, reduce total cost of ownership
and improve customer satisfaction. Singl.eView is used
worldwide by customers that include wireline and wireless
service providers, content and entertainment publishers
and portals, and enterprise IT departments.
Singl.eView
Convergent Billing 5.01 provides continuous availability
allowing for configuration, core and third-party upgrades,
and maintenance with no system downtime or loss of real-time
services. Its single rating engine provides continuous
real-time authentication, authorisation and accounting
of pre- and postpaid credit limits over complex corporate
or family hierarchies, ensuring real-time, always-on
balance management and improved revenue assurance.
It
offers 64-bit support for improved performance and scalability,
and enhanced internationalisation capabilities. Operational
enhancements, such as improved search and sort, dynamically
defined content for drop-down lists and enhanced event
reprocessing, help lower deployment and operations costs.
It includes invoice enhancements for standard, immediate
and interim invoicing designed to improve revenue assurance
and customer satisfaction. It also offers a more powerful
platform for integrated customer management and convergent
billing, transaction management and real-time usage
rating and reporting, all on a single platform. The
single platform architecture ensures data integrity
to greatly reduce revenue leakage and time to market.
