LG
launches range of consumer desktops for technology-savvy
customers
NEW
DELHI -- LG Electronics India, a market leader in the
display and optical storage devices segment, recently
launched XPC, the premium range of consumer desktops
in the Indian market. This is in addition to its wide
range of products in the IT segment targeting at the
feature and technology conscious customers, who appreciate
the latest global trends and want to be in sync with
state-of-the-art products and leading-edge technology.
The XPC models launched include fully-loaded configurations
based on Intel and AMD Processors.
The
XPC range comes with the latest Microsoft media center
edition (MCE) operating system that provides a true
blend of computing and entertainment. It is available
in four different models, is priced between Rs. 35,000
to Rs. 50,000. The XPC offers leading edge features
like high-speed processing, access to media storage
with remote, personal video recording and multi-function.
Truly redefining the PC usage experience, XPC is a PC-cum-entertainment
center at home, allowing live recording of TV programs
with provision for pause, rewind, edit and maintain
video library for later viewing, all this with the convenience
of a remote control.
