Tegic provides T9 text input software
to Tata Teleservices
NEW
DELHI -- Tegic Communications, a leading provider of
predictive text input software, recently announced that
Tata Teleservices, the leader in fixed wireless service
space, is now offering T9 text input software in English
and Hindi on its latest fixed wireless phone, the LG
LSP 350T from LG Electronics, also known as the Tata
Indicom 'Walky'.
T9
software helps users of wireless phones, PDAs and fixed
wireless phones, quickly and easily write mobile text
messages, including SMS and e-mail, and access data
services. Requiring just one key press per letter, T9
technology makes it easy for Indian consumers to communicate
with friends and family using SMS on their fixed wireless
phones.
