SET chooses Webresource for Indian
Idol Web site
NEW DELHI -- WebResource Pvt. Ltd., a sister concern
of Coruscant Tec, a leading mobile solutions company
has been selected to develop the website www.indianidolonset.com
for one of the most talked about programs on Indian
television, the Indian Idol on Sony Entertainment Television
(SET). Based on the very popular Idol series which saw
over 26 million online registrations in the second season
of the show, Indian Idol has been brought into India
by Fremantel to be aired on SET.
WebResource will design, develop and manage www.indianidolonset.com,
which will provide exclusive information to curious
viewers and visitors wishing to know more about the
show. The site, developed in English contains features
such as opinion poll, interactive games based on Indian
Idol, contestant profiles, video streams, and even a
photo gallery.
