Ultima tie-up to provide technical support for IP-SAN
products
BANGALORE
-- Intransa, a global leader in end-to-end native IP-SAN
solutions, recently tied-up with Ultima solutions, a
leading third-party service and support provider, to
provide technical support and warranty repair for its
state-of-the-art IP-SAN products in India. To ensure
consistency and quality of technical support provided
by Ultima, Intransa has earmarked a rigorous program
to continuously train Ultima's engineers on the latest
Intransa products and technologies.

said, "Ultima's nationwide technical support and
warranty service infrastructure will augment our commitment
to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers
in India, including next business day or 24x7 expedited
repair services."
Ultima
Solutions, a group company of SES Technologies, a leading
IT distribution company in India, offers outsourced
RMA and warranty repair services to leading IT vendors
in India. As part of this agreement, Ultima will provide
technical support and warranty repair services on Intransa's
IP-SAN products. To minimise service times and product
downtime, Ultima will stock adequate quantities of spare
parts in its support centers, spread across 15 locations
in India.
