AMD appoints Hagemeyer as distributor in India

NEW DELHI -- AMD, the global supplier of integrated circuits for the personal and networked computer and communications markets, has appointed Hagemeyer India Pvt. Ltd. as its new national distributor of semiconductor components.

Hagemeyer, the distributor of semiconductor components, will offer an extensive network of channel partners and a comprehensive sales and technical support infrastructure across the country. Sounding optimistic about the appointment, Sanjeev Keskar, Country Manager, AMD Far East Ltd. (India) said "This relationship enhances our distribution channel network and helps AMD reach out to customers across a large geographical area, more effectively."
