The advent of a competitive market has transformed billing and customer relationship management (CRM) into an important strategic tool for corporations. Traditionally viewed as little more than a necessary expense, these are now considered as the new mantra for success in the industry. The quest for improved efficiency, and customer satisfaction and retention are the key factors stimulating growth in billing and CRM.
