Neeraj Nityanand joins Scicom as president, US operations

NEW DELHI -- Scicom Infotech recently announced the appointment of Neeraj Nityanand as president of its US operations and global head of sales and marketing. He will be primarily responsible for the creation of a new generation of outsourcing business models for products and services in the technology and R&D space.

Nityanand’s experience spans over 20 years in engineering and executive level management positions in multiple energy and high technology companies in R&D, production, finance, sales and marketing and international business development.  Prior to joining Scicom, he was senior vice president and head of global marketing and corporate communications at Satyam Computer Services, and, was president and managing director, Unocal Bharat Ltd., overseeing all E&P and gas marketing activities in India.

Nityanand received his B.Tech from IIT Kanpur, MS in metallurgical engineering and material science and an MBA, both from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA.
